WHAT TO EXPECT IN OUR SESSIONS
Each psychotherapy session is a safe and confidential space designed to help you explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences at your own pace.
My goal is to provide a supportive environment where you feel heard, respected and understood. Together we will work towards insight, healing and meaningful change.
During our session we will:

Clarify your goals- we begin by identifying what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve.

Explore patterns and experiences – through conversation, reflection and evidence-based techniques to uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

Develop practical tools, coping strategies and new perspectives to help you navigate challenges with a greater confidence and self-awareness.

Support ongoing growth- therapy isn’t just about overcoming difficulties, it’s also about fostering resilience, balance and self-compassion.
Sessions typically last 50 minutes take place in person.
The pace and depth of our work will always be guided by your comfort level and personal goals.
