My name is Deborah, I am a qualified psychotherapist, registered with The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society, providing face to face support in managing life’s challenges.
Therapy is a place where your story matters – where you can slow down, explore and begin to move toward healing and growth.
People come to counselling with a variety of issues, which maybe related to home, work, relationships, loss or life in general.
Counselling gives you the opportunity to talk about your concerns in a relaxed and confidential environment and help you explore your situation and get a clearer understanding about yourself and your feelings.
We all experience difficult times in our lives, anxiety, depression, stress anger relationship issues grief low mood low motivation to name just a few.
Therapy offers a chance to rediscover your strengths, gain clarity and make meaningful changes – one step at a time.
